Terms of use

admin made simple provides software that builds small business applications from a written or spoken description, and hosts them for you to use.

Using it means you accept what is below. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has them.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not use the service for anything unlawful.

Your data stays yours. The apps you build are yours to use for as long as you have an account with us.

You give us permission to store and process your data only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you — nothing wider.

If you share an app with the community, anybody can run it and make their own copy. What travels is the app itself — never your data, never the information behind it, and never anything about the people who use yours.

A copy is a copy. Your later changes do not reach it, and unsharing does not take back copies people already made.

If you suggest your changes to somebody whose app you copied, you are giving them permission to use those changes in their app, for free and for good. They can accept some, all or none of them, and they are not told who you are.

Some of this exists because the messaging features can reach real people, and abuse of them lands on us as well as on you:

The applications are generated by an AI model. They are usually good and they are not guaranteed. Check anything important before you rely on it, particularly where money, medical information or legal obligations are involved.

You remain responsible for what you do with what the software produces.

New accounts get a free allowance to try the product with. After that, usage is charged as shown in the app before you spend anything.

Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where it applies. We will tell you before a price changes.

You can stop whenever you like. Ask us and we will delete your account and everything in it.

We may suspend an account that is breaking the rules above, or that is not paying. Where we can give notice first, we will.

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never make a mistake.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we limit it to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything the law does not permit us to limit.

The law of South Africa applies, and its courts have jurisdiction.
